Key Responsibilities Learn and manage our estate planning drafting systems and tools Shadow attorneys to understand our approach to effective client communication Take on and develop your own client matters under mentorship Participate in regular training in technical, communication, and marketing skills Identify and implement tax-savvy planning strategies Build referral relationships through outreach and marketing Engage in client consultations and ongoing relationship management Practice strong time and task management Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth case workflow Requirements Qualifications Required: Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar 2+ years of experience in estate planning or probate/trust administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Open-minded, teachable, and eager to grow Preferred: LLM in Taxation or CPA license Familiarity with Florida probate rules and federal estate/gift tax Experience in marketing or business development Leadership capabilities or mentoring experience About You You’re not just a sharp legal mind—you’re a compassionate, grounded professional who values human connection.
