Key Responsibilities As an Associate Attorney, you will play an essential role in all stages of litigation, including: Court Hearings – Preparing for and appearing at state court hearings. Discovery – Drafting and responding to discovery, and reviewing opposing parties’ responses. Law & Motion – Drafting, filing, and arguing a variety of motions including motions to compel, demurrers, and motions for summary judgment.
