This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities: Perform high-quality collision repair and restoration work on various makes and models of vehicles. Inspect vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. Repair or replace damaged vehicle parts, including body panels, frame, and mechanical components. Use industry-standard equipment and techniques to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. Follow detailed repair procedures and manufacturer specifications to ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards. Work closely with other technicians and shop staff to coordinate repair tasks and ensure a smooth workflow. Maintain accurate and detailed repair documentation, including labor hours and parts used. Stay current with automotive repair trends, new technologies, and best practices. Ensure compliance with safety standards, shop cleanliness, and overall operational efficiency. Assist with training and mentoring junior technicians when needed. Communicate with shop management to report on job progress, vehicle status, and any issues that arise. Qualifications: Previous experience as a collision repair technician or in a similar role is required. ICAR Certifications are a major plus. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, techniques, and technologies. Experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models and their specific repair needs. Ability to work with hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers and colleagues. Valid driver's license and insurance. At least 21 years old.
