In this role, you'll play a key part in assessing vehicle damage and providing accurate repair estimates to ensure high-quality service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Thoroughly inspect damaged vehicles to evaluate the extent of bodywork, interior, and mechanical damage, determining costs for repairs or replacements. Prepare detailed repair estimates, including labor, parts, and materials, while coordinating with insurance companies. Provide excellent customer service by explaining estimates, answering questions, and ensuring a positive repair experience. Collaborate with technicians to verify repair feasibility and adjust estimates as needed. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience (2+ years) as an Auto Body Estimator, Collision Estimator, or similar role in a body shop environment. Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, including damage assessment, parts identification, and cost calculation. Familiarity with estimating software (CCC One, Mitchell) and industry standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask, manage several jobs at once Attention to detail/Quick learner/Positive can do attitude Working with direct repair programs, DRP is preferred Certification (e.g., I-CAR or ASE) is a plus.
