About the Role We’re seeking a Video Editing & Videographer Intern who will play a key role in crafting story-driven edits, creating unforgettable videos that capture the essence of Daybreaker’s movement, organizing footage, and assisting with our shoots! You’ll work closely with our editing team to shape narratives, refine pacing, and translate the energy of our live events into cinematic, digital experiences. What You’ll Do: Organize and manage raw footage from Daybreaker events, ensuring a smooth post-production workflow. Assist in editing high-energy, emotionally engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling. Capture visually compelling footage at Daybreaker events, working with our team to frame immersive, dynamic shots. Contribute creative ideas to enhance video projects, including music selection, pacing, and visual effects. Cut down interviews, assemble rough cuts, and source archival footage as needed. Implement color correction, audio balancing, and motion graphics (if you have After Effects experience). Stay up to date with video trends, storytelling techniques, and social media best practices. Requirements A passionate visual storyteller with a strong eye for detail and rhythm. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus!). Experienced in cinematography and shooting high-quality, dynamic footage (experience with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or cinema cameras is a plus). Organized, proactive, and excited to collaborate with a creative team. Familiar with video formats, codecs, and best practices for digital content. Able to take direction and feedback while bringing your own creative perspective.

Even better...your career at FARM. Requirements ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Contribute as part of a smooth running, time sensitive / efficient creative team that anticipates and thinks in advance. Participate in the development of concepts for various media. Assists senior design staff as needed. Maximize productivity and cost effectiveness, completing projects on time and within budget. Capable of working productively and in an organized manner within a tight deadline / high volume environment. Join the VAEFF 2025 Curation Team: The Video Art & Experimental Film Festival (VAEFF) is seeking passionate and insightful Assistant Curators to join our small, dedicated team of volunteer curators. Now in its 15th year, VAEFF celebrates bold, genre-defying work and will return to the iconic Cinema Village in NYC from November 14–16, 2025. This is a unique opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes experience with one of New York’s most dynamic and unconventional film festivals. As an assistant curator, you will watch and evaluate works of video art and film from a vast variety of genres and themes, including music video, dance, visual narrative, fashion film, documentary, and more. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a critical eye, a passion for art and film, and strong writing skills. We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who can work independently and in a team. Work is done remotely from home during flexible hours. The curation process will end by approximately the end of September.
