Obtain customer and vehicle information. Generate repair orders based on customer concern. Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts. Obtain authorization before work is performed. Review multi-point inspection with customer. Explain all completed work and charges to customers Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Other duties assigned. Requirements: Availability to work weekends High School Diploma or equivalent.
