What You’ll Do As our Associate Advisor, your primary responsibility will be managing relationships and financial planning for a broad group of loyal clients where your work will be critical to their experience and the overall success of the firm. You’ll also help support planning needs for all clients. Your duties will include: · Following up on transfers, signatures, and client paperwork · Rebalancing portfolios and identifying tax-loss harvesting opportunities · Managing and updating our CRM with clear notes and next steps · Preparing for quarterly meetings and supporting the lead advisor with planning · Re-engaging prospects and assisting with annuity reviews (if licensed) · Participating in client events and educational workshops · Doing annual reviews with clients · Meeting with clients and fielding their questions You’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful projects while working in a values-driven environment that prioritizes relationships over transactions.
