Friendly and detail oriented Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator with experience in patient scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome new patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive first impression. Conduct treatment presentations, clearly explaining recommended orthodontic plans, procedures, and timelines. Review financial options, insurance benefits, and payment plans with patients and the initial insurance billing. Coordinate scheduling for treatment start dates and follow-up appointments. Collaborate with the orthodontist and clinical team to ensure seamless communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in practice management software. Assist front office staff with scheduling appointments and other administrative tasks. Requirements: Previous experience in an orthodontic office setting is preferred; familiarity with dental and orthodontic terminology; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members; proficient in office administrative tasks, including scheduling, record keeping, and patient management; acommitment to providing exceptional patient care and support.
