The Opportunity We’re seeking a Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive setting and is passionate about delivering detail-focused, patient-first care. Core Responsibilities: Assist chairside for general, cosmetic, and restorative procedures; Prepare and maintain operatories to strict infection control standards; Take, process, and mount digital X-rays (and 3D scans if trained); Capture and upload intraoral photos; support digital treatment presentations; Maintain supply inventory and support ordering; Sterilize instruments and monitor equipment maintenance logs; Update patient records accurately and in real-time; Provide post-op instructions and excellent follow-up communication; Cross-train with front office for patient flow and scheduling support (as needed). Qualifications Required: Dental assisting experience or recent graduation from an accredited dental assisting program. Current certifications required by the state (e.g., X-ray, RDA license, CPR—customize). Strong communication skills and professional chairside manner. Preferred: Experience in a multi-provider or high-tech practice. Familiarity with digital scanners, CAD/CAM, and CBCT workflows. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (DOE) + performance incentives.
