Being a part of The Real Dill team means that you work approximately 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday and have nights, weekends, and paid holidays off. That means washing, cutting and preparing raw vegetables, filling and packing jars, packaging and labeling, and working in a team environment to meet production goals and quality standards. Minimum qualifications: - Must have a positive attitude! - Must be available during the times and days listed above - Must be able to lift 60 lbs - Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours per day - Must be able to perform repetitive tasks - Must have a positive attitude and work well with other people - Must be detail oriented - Must be reliable and show up on time - Must be able to pass a background check - 18 years of age or older Preferred qualifications: - Great at multi-tasking and problem solving - Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Be curious about and interested in food and cooking - Experience working in a kitchen or food manufacturing environment ****In order to be considered for this position you must send the following:**** 1. We manage four busy Airbnb houses in Seattle (Central District, U-District, and Queen Anne), each with multiple individually rented rooms.
