Bar Lead – The Peacherie Food Hall & Brasserie Lundi Reports To: General Manager and Asst. General Manager Location: Midtown Atlanta, GA | Job Type: Hourly, Full-Time About The Peacherie & Brasserie Lundi Nestled in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, The Peacherie is a beautifully curated micro food hall located within Midtown’s Arts District. Featuring a thoughtful mix of beloved chefs and creative newcomers, The Peacherie is more than a dining destination, it’s a community hub that brings together food, culture, and connection. Brasserie Lundi, the full-service anchor restaurant within The Peacherie, draws inspiration from French classics while offering a lively and modern experience that feels right at home in Atlanta’s evolving culinary scene. Both concepts are operated by Hospitality HQ (HHQ), a creative consulting and management group led by award-winning chef Akhtar Nawab, known for delivering high-quality service and guest experiences across the country. Position Overview The Bar Lead at The Peacherie is more than a senior bartender, they are a hands-on leader, standard-setter, and creative partner in shaping the guest experience. Overseeing a high-volume cocktail bar that services both Brasserie Lundi, our French-American brasserie, and The Peacherie’s micro food hall, the Bar Lead ensures that every shift runs smoothly while driving consistency, training, and innovation behind the bar. They embody leadership by example. Moving with urgency, holding the team to high service standards, and helping craft a beverage program that feels intentional, balanced, and exciting. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Floor Presence: Act as the lead on all bar shifts — opening, closing, and service execution. Serve as point of contact for bartenders, barbacks, and management during service. Set the tone behind the bar: fast, clean, professional, and guest-focused. Coach bartenders on service flow, speed, and drink consistency in real time. Resolve guest issues related to the bar with confidence and hospitality. Training & Standards: Train all new bartenders and barbacks on recipes, presentation standards, bar systems, and opening/closing duties. Uphold cleanliness and organizational standards across the bar and storage areas. Lead by example in appearance, attitude, and service — showing what "good" looks like every shift. Maintain ServSafe and TIPS certifications and enforce responsible service practices. Bar Program & Inventory Management: Work with the GM to maintain and evolve a focused, well-balanced cocktail menu that aligns with seasonal activations, brand partnerships, and the culinary direction of Brasserie Lundi. Assist with liquor ordering, inventory counts, and pour cost tracking to stay within budget targets. Manage vendor relationships and tastings for new product rollouts or seasonal changes. Help build and maintain bar prep lists, batching systems, and cocktail specs. Service & Guest Experience: Engage warmly with guests at the bar — acting as an ambassador for The Peacherie’s beverage program. Ensure bar guests receive prompt, knowledgeable service and that drink tickets are made quickly and consistently. Maintain strong knowledge of food offerings in both the brasserie and food hall to provide thoughtful pairings and upsells. Qualifications: 2–3 years of bartending experience, with 1+ year in a lead, supervisor, or bar manager role. Deep knowledge of classic cocktail technique, beer, wine, and spirits. Experience in high-volume service environments while maintaining a premium guest experience. Strong organizational skills, bar cleanliness habits, and follow-through on side work and inventory. Comfortable with POS systems, bar scheduling, and mentoring junior staff. Traits We Love: You’re the kind of bartender other bartenders look up to.
