Are you passionate about the roots of Mexican gastronomy, from the moles of Oaxaca to the seafood of the Baja Californias, the street foods of CDMX to the heirloom ingredients of Yucatán? We’re seeking a Chef with deep expertise in traditional and regional Mexican cuisine to lead our kitchen and bring the soul of Mexico to every plate.
