Work for this position will be repetitive in nature, light cooking or baking based on skills and need. Other duties may include putting product in packs, sealing packs, counting and boxing up the final product to be ready for transfer out of the kitchen. SHIFTS AVAILABLE Night Shift - 8 hrs per shift TRAINING We invest in our team and train them to be leaders within the industry No experience necessary but prior packaging and cooking experience is preferred Experience in food service is preferred (not required) Servsafe certification is preferred (not required) RESPONSIBILITIES Infuses all types of products with cannabis oil/distillate using formulas acquired after reading the test results from the cannabis oil. Ensures all batches made are clean and free of defects. Daily kitchen prep Track all product once it is brought into the kitchen using the tracking system up until it leaves the kitchen Meet daily production quotas They must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production and keep up to date on changes to those laws and regulations. Clean tools and workspace daily Keep machines and tools in good working order. Keep a close eye for contaminates Record all weights as per regulations MEASURES OF SUCCESS Meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements and company goals High attention to detail to increase productivity Patience, Flexibility, and Discipline for Routine Regular and on-time attendance REQUIREMENTS At least 21 years of age High school diploma/GED Must be team player Willingness to learn new skills, expand job knowledge and adapt to a changing environment ABLE TO: Stand or sit for up to 8 hours and move from role to role Lift light moderate amounts of weight Perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided Use a computer and/or hand tools Move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment, including kneeling, bending, reaching, rotating, and stooping on an intermittent to regular basis BENEFITS 50% discount on product Ability to earn store credit for purchases Health, Dental, Vision available Accident, Illness and Life insurance available EAP offering legal, financial and mental health counseling at no cost to you Free pizza on Wednesdays in Littleton! We manage four busy Airbnb houses in Seattle (Central District, U-District, and Queen Anne), each with multiple individually rented rooms.
