The Opportunity We’re hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) — think of it as the “hospitality of the business world.” You’ll meet new people every week: realtors, designers, business owners, and community leaders. Instead of serving tables, you’ll be building referral relationships. Instead of tips that come and go, you’ll have steady base pay plus bonuses tied to your activity and the business you help generate. And best of all — no late nights or weekends (but you could still serve at night if you want). You’re used to juggling conversations, remembering details, and making people feel special. Now you can do it without getting a plate of marinara spilled on you! Details Location: We are currently looking for the North side of Denver, but are willing to be swayed for the right individual. Schedule: 20 - 30 hours per week, flexible daytime schedule (but you do need a vehicle, and yes, we reimburse for gas). Compensation: $400/week base + activity bonuses + commissions + territory performance bonuses PART-TIME: $30K–$40K+, with upside into the $60Ks as the territory grows (could grow into full time) Who We’re Looking For...
