Description

We perform occupancy checks, inspections on foreclosed homes, and deliver notices to homeowners on behalf of mortgage companies and banks. This is a contracted 1099 job. You will be responsible for your own taxes and expenses. You will receive inspections throughout the week. All inspections have a due date for which it needs to be completed by. Typically, you will receive the inspections 5 days before they are due. Sometimes you will have less than 5 days to get them completed. Basically, you will be "on call" based on the due dates of the inspections. The average inspection takes 3-5 minutes. We pay per inspection. That means the more you work the more you'll make We require a 95% on time completion rate. This position works great for someone who wants a flexible schedule. You will be your own boss and work from your car, so being self-motivated is key!

Reporting to the Maintenance Director, you will assistant with the maintenance operations for a scattered site community located throughout Woonsocket, Pascoag, North Smithfield, and Burrillville, RI. The maintenance team includes 5 Technicians and 2 Custodians. The work hours are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday with on-call duties shared on rotation. Responsibilities include assisting with staff supervision, completing work orders, unit turnovers, property inspections, scheduling contractors and vendors, inventory management, equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance work. Your Qualifications: Residential property maintenance experience is required. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, janitorial, and HVAC is required. Prior experience supervising a team of maintenance professionals is preferred. This position includes participation in the emergency on-call service rotation and some snow removal. A valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required; experience with Yardi would be a plus. Property Administrator | Role Description CLASSIFICATION : Non Exempt TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : Less than 5% SUMMARY The Property Administrator provides administrative support to the National Real Estate Director in the areas of lease accounting, lease and tax compliance and property records keeping.
