Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly & prepare payroll related G/L accounts for medical and dental benefits payment reconciliation. Prepare monthly board reports ● Responsible for State grants reporting. ● Input annual budgets into MIP Accounting Systems and assist in budget preparations. ● Responsible for accounting for non-federal shares, and review of in kind documents. ● Perform monthly bank reconciliations. Prepare adjusting journal entries for bank charges & all other noted bank transactions. ● Responsible for inventory reconciliation, maintenance & reporting. Maintain fixed assets additions & disposal, asset retirements & depreciation schedules. ● Assist in report preparation of management’s requested reports. QUALIFICATIONS: ● REQUIRED COPIES OF THE FOLLOWING NEEDED - DEGREE, TRANSCRIPT (OFFICIAL OR UNOFFICIAL) ● BS in Accounting, Finance or Business-related degree ● Minimum five (5) years of accounting work experience as an Accountant or equivalent.
