Accomplish funds distribution through the DoD Program and Budget Allocation System (PBAS) and the Enterprise Fund Distribution (EFD) to designated executing agencies. • Provide support in managing and maintaining the Joint Integrated Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRN) Analytics Platform (JICAP).
