I have a large furnished master bedroom immediately available for rent for $620.00 a month. Rent includes utilities. There is also internet (wifi) available in the home for no additional cost.The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, a nightstand ,tv, and a dresser. This is a master bedroom, so it has its own private bathroom. Single occupancy only (no pets,kids, or couples). A tv is available for use.This is a month to month tenancy agreement.There is a washer/dryer onsite.The bus stop is really close by, maybe a 1 to 2 minute walk. The house is about a 12 minute drive to downtown Atlanta and downtown Decatur. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood. The room is immediately available for move in, but I would need to speak with you and meet you first. Smoking is okay. I love how close my home is to interstates,highways,and certain areas. There is a park near the neighborhood that I like to go to in order to look at the geese and water. There is a path for people to walk or jog around. I've seen people fish there,but I have never seen anyone pull anything out worth keeping. I'm looking for a quiet and financially stable individual who has stable employment outside of the home (regular consistent work hours as a w2 employee), hardly has any visitors and seeking to stay something like five months and longer. My ideal roommate is honest,thoughtful and considerate of others, quiet and doesn't want to disturb anyone else so they would listen to their music using earbuds only (if they were trying to listen to music). I'm looking for a good fit. Being arrested wouldn't automatically disqualify someone. I would view the reasons, the type of charges, and how long ago the arrest was/ lying about the arrest is what would cause a problem. Please call me with any questions. A text message is better. There is plenty of space in the fridge though,and you would be welcome to use the items of mine in the kitchen, such as pots,pans,forks,spoons,glasses,cups,knives,glass plates,coffee maker.
