Room and bathroom are on one side of the house, separated by living room, dining room, and kitchen. All on one floor. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, gym and clubhouse. Close to Berryessa BART station. 280, 680, 87 and 880. Lots of shopping and dining within 1mile. Housekeeping included every month. Dish Network cable hookup in room for $10/month. Neat freak would be a bonus for me. Light meals OK priority will be given to those who don’t cook a lot. I cook quick meals that aren't malodorous. Shared Utilities that run a little over $200 in Summer months. A little about me. Registered Nurse and all around awesome, fun, and easy going roomie. Me and my dogs Coco and Chanel are looking for someone to share my Condo. It is imperative that you like Dogs. They are very sweet and affectionate and my family. They mainly hang out in my room. They are nine and would love the extra company. I look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into my home !!
