Hi! My roommate Kai and I are looking for a third roommate to resign our lease with us in South Medford on the Somerville/Medford line. The lease starts 9/1/25-8/31/26 (potentially moving in a week but definitely a couple days early). We are a 6 min walk from the green line at Ball Square; as well as, 15 min walk from the red line at Davis Square. Multiple buses nearby as Tufts is two blocks away. We have a driveway with a spot available which is included in rent. Easy access to I-93 if you have a car. Overall, easy to get around and explore the city. The house is 4 bed, 2 bath; I have two bedrooms, one for my room and one as an office plus shareable bathroom on the third floor. You would have your own private room on the second floor and share a bathroom. We are both clean and do chores around the house. We also have a cleaning lady who comes once a month as well that we split 3 ways ($33 that is included in the utilities). The rent is $1100/month plus $130-$180 for utilities. On 9/1 one months rent ($1100) and a security deposit ($1100) is due. We have multiple porches, a driveway with a parking spot (if needed) and a back yard. Also laundry in the basement. I am 33 yrs old and an attorney and Kai is 25 yrs old getting his Masters at Tufts in Bio-Chem. I have a 10 year old goldendoodle dog who is very friendly and loves to spend time with people and other doggos and cats. All are respectful to space, volume, etc. I enjoy traveling (for work and pleasure), trying new restaurants, kickboxing, reading, and playing pickleball. Kai enjoys cooking, spending time in the library, working out, and visiting his gf in NYC. We both are LGBTQ+ friendly. If you’re interested please let me know.
