Deposit and Mileage Information Mileage Information: Free mileage allowance: 200 miles/day, 800 miles/week, 2000 miles/month Additional mileage charge: $2/mile for any excess Deposit Information: At pickup: If the driver is 21 years old or above, an additional $1000 will be charged as a vehicle deposit. If the driver is under 21 years old, they must provide their own full insurance coverage to complete the rental. If the driver presents their personal comprehensive insurance policy, or purchases additional collision and theft protection (with zero deductible): For drivers aged 21 or above, an additional $500 will be charged as a vehicle deposit. For drivers under 21, an additional $1000 will be charged as a vehicle deposit. Any related expenses (such as vehicle damage, traffic fines, toll fees, over-mileage charges, late return fees, pickup fees, parking fees, EV charging fees, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. A portion of the deposit (typically around $200) will be refunded approximately one month after vehicle return, while the remaining amount will be processed for refund within one business day. Credit card pre-authorization is not an actual charge; we only freeze a portion of your credit limit. After unfreezing, the time required for the limit to be restored depends on your bank's policies and may not trigger notifications on your mobile device. IV. Reservation Information Due to frequent vehicle availability changes, while we will do our best to reserve your selected model, we only guarantee delivery of the same model, equivalent value vehicle, or a free upgrade. The base rental rate does not include any vehicle insurance. You may provide your own auto insurance (we will verify if it is full coverage and includes liability for rented vehicles), or you may select suitable insurance options on the next page. Renters under 21 years old must provide insurance that covers the rental vehicle. Otherwise, you will be liable for all damages to both our vehicle and any third-party vehicles, as well as personal injuries. Window break-ins frequently occur when valuables such as clothing, wallets, or phones are left inside the vehicle. We strongly recommend taking all valuables with you when leaving the car. If items are stolen, recovery is extremely difficult ❗❗ Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. For reservations more than three days in advance, one free modification (including vehicle type, rental period, etc.) can be made by contacting customer support.
