Deposit Information: At pickup: If the driver is 21 years old or above, an additional $1000 will be charged as vehicle deposit. If the driver is under 21 years old, personal full coverage insurance must be provided to complete the rental. If the driver provides their own full coverage insurance policy, or purchases collision and theft protection (with zero deductible): For drivers aged 21 or above, an additional $500 will be charged as vehicle deposit. For drivers under 21, an additional $1000 will be charged as vehicle deposit. Any related charges (e.g., vehicle damage, traffic tickets, toll fees, over-mileage fees, late fees, pickup fees, parking fees, EV charging fees, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit. A portion of the deposit (typically around $200) will be refunded approximately one month after returning the vehicle; the remaining deposit will be processed for refund within one business day. Credit card pre-authorization is not an actual charge; we only freeze a portion of your credit limit. After releasing the hold, the time required for the amount to become available again depends on your bank—please contact your bank for details. Note that mobile banking apps typically do not notify you of this. IV. Booking Information Due to high vehicle availability fluctuations, we will make our best effort to reserve your selected model, but we only guarantee delivery of the same model, equivalent price range vehicle, or a free upgrade. The default rate does not include any vehicle insurance. You may provide your own auto insurance (we will verify if it is full coverage and includes rental vehicle coverage), or select suitable vehicle insurance on the next page. Drivers under 21 must provide personal insurance that covers rental vehicles; otherwise, you will be responsible for all damages to both our vehicle and any third-party vehicles or injuries. Window break-ins frequently occur when personal belongings such as clothing, wallets, phones, etc., are left inside the car. We strongly recommend taking all valuables with you when leaving the vehicle. If items are stolen, recovery is extremely difficult❗❗ Once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable. Orders placed more than three days in advance can be modified once free of charge (including vehicle type, rental period, etc.) by contacting customer support.
