I have a unfurnished room for rent in my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in central Va Beach. The bath has a walk in shower. The room is on the first floor in the apartment building. Its a nice area with a lot of acreage with walking trails and we also sit on a pretty lake. I'm looking to rent to one person, no children or animals please. I own one dog and two cats. Also, this will not be a place for your boyfriend/girlfriend to hang out. I am easy going and a clean person who will respect your privacy. I do not drink or do drugs(including smoking weed) and I expect the same from a roommate. Please don't think "well hell I will just smoke one on the way home from work". All of my five senses are exceptional. At the beginning I prefer to lease month to month until I know if its going to work. I do not mind texting for short quick answers but if you are serious I want to talk on the phone and meet in person. I may inquire about reference letters from prior employers. Thank you.
