Caretaker Tasks - Mowing the lawn, weeding, gardening, cleaning pond filters, yard clean-up, etc. Seasonal cleanings, such as power washing, removing leaves, helping with Holiday decorations, and assisting with dog walks for a 12-pound Fur Baby. Location - The Residence is in a safe, desirable, upscale neighborhood, right off the Colonial Parkway. Minutes from Historic Colonial Williamsburg, the College of William and Mary, and New Quarter Park Amenities - Spacious, furnished, Private Bedroom on the third floor, appointed with a King-size bed, En Suite Bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. You may also use the fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry, and enjoy all outdoor areas. Electric, Gas, Water, Sewage, Trash, Wi-Fi, and parking are all included. You are responsible for your food, drinks, and personal items. Additional pets or people moving in with you is not a workable arrangement.
