Colonial Williamsburg is only three miles away while Yorktown and historic Jamestown are only 11 miles from the resort. Tennis courts and picnic areas with barbecue grills are conveniently located throughout the plantation. This private resort also features a clubhouse with heated outdoor pools, children's playground, and jogging trails. On top of elegant and roomy accommodations, a modern indoor aquatic center equipped with an indoor lap pool, hot tub, separate men's and women's locker rooms, sauna and a gym with state-of-art Cybex equipment are also available to guests. The resort's location is also convenient for those who wish to visit and experience all that Williamsburg's Historic Triangle has to offer. We have used our KCP every other year since 2007 (in either June or August) and thoroughly enjoyed it, even inviting guests to join us, as we visit Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, and even Virginia Beach. Our kids have made great memories here, and it's their favorite place to vacation! The amenities of the resort include 3 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, game room, playground, mini-golf fitness center and more. It is literally next door to Water Country USA, an outstanding waterpark, billing itself as the largest on the East Coast. The Williamsburg area is resort is surrounded with numerous places to dine and enjoy other attractions. There is much to do within driving distance, aquariums, museums, a children's museum, not to mention Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Garden's, Water Country USA, Yorktown, Jamestown, and much more. You will never run out of things to do in the Hampton Roads area!
