Location: Springfield, VA | Part-Time (1099) Bouvardia Coffee is a fast-growing specialty coffee small brand focused on fresh, small-batch roasting and sourcing premium beans. We’re seeking a motivated and reliable Coffee Production & Sales Assistant to support our coffee operation, including packaging, distribution, and selling operations at the farmers' markets. 🚀 Responsibilities: = Assist with roasting preparation and post-roast handling = Weigh, seal, and label coffee bags (6oz, 12oz, and 16oz sizes) = Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the production space = Organize and prepare orders for distribution and local delivery = Support setup and sales at farmers’ markets, pop-ups, and events = Help track inventory of green beans, roasted coffee, and packaging supplies = Provide excellent customer service and represent the Bouvardia Coffee brand ✅ Qualifications: - Willing to learn and have a passion for specialty coffee (training provided) - Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow procedures - Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods - Prior experience in food production, customer service, or sales a plus - Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends - Valid driver’s license preferred (for local delivery/events) 💼 What We Offer: - Hands-on experience in the specialty coffee industry - Flexible hours and potential for growth - Free coffee & discounts on all products - Be part of a passionate, mission-driven local business To Apply: Email your resume or a short note about your interest
