Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated apprentice who is eager to build a long-term career in the heavy-duty suspension and alignment field. No prior experience is necessary, but a foundational understanding of mechanical work is essential. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow with our company, eventually stepping into a leadership position. To succeed, you must demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning, both on and off the job. Key Responsibilities: Assist experienced technicians in performing suspension repairs and wheel alignments on heavy-duty vehicles. Participate in comprehensive training to understand suspension systems, including shocks, leaf springs, and bushings. Help with the replacement of key suspension parts like U-bolts, kingpins, and tie rods. Support precision wheel alignment services, learning to use advanced alignment technology. Engage in diagnosing and resolving steering issues and uneven tire wear. Contribute to capturing and analyzing performance data, aiding in the development of predictive maintenance models. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are well cared for. Document work processes and communicate effectively with both team members and customers.
