What We Are Looking For: Valid Connecticut Esthetician License: You must possess a current and valid license to practice esthetics in the state of Connecticut. Excellent Customer Service Skills: A warm and friendly demeanor with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their individual needs. Proficiency in a Range of Esthetic Services: Including but not limited to facials, microdermabrasion, and potentially other specialized treatments. Strong Product Knowledge: An understanding of skincare products and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions to clients. Reliable Transportation:** You must have your own transportation to commute to our Westport location. Be Authorized to Work in the USA Responsibilities Include: * Providing high-quality and personalized skincare treatments to clients. * Performing services such as facials and other esthetic treatments according to established protocols and client needs. * Educating clients on proper skincare routines and recommending suitable products and packages. * Maintaining a clean and organized treatment room and adhering to all sanitation standards. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Actively promoting and selling retail products and service packages. * Adhering to all state regulations and spa policies.
