Get Together Salon is located in Lomita, Ca. Established by South Bay stylists, Bri and Heather, who wanted to create an inclusive, safe and low-tox space for stylists and clients alike. We pay attention to all the little details of not only the client experience, but the everyday experience for our stylists as well. Your job is to come in, do great hair while enjoying your clients and team. Our job is doing everything else that will allow you to do that! We are a commission based salon, offering a flexible schedule. We utilize high quality, low-tox products and color from the following lines: Innersense Cult + King JVN HairStory EVO AlterEgo R&CO We believe that a salon can provide high quality services and experiences for clients without sacrificing our own playfulness and individuality. Responsibilities: Provide high-quality hair styling service, ranging from cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment in compliance with health regulations. Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and point of sale. Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing phone inquiries. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Light cleaning duties, shared with team. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer clients the best services possible.
