What You’ll Do - Execute and maintain Rainforest QA test suites, ensuring automated tests cover critical application functionality. - Perform manual testing to validate new features and identify edge cases that automated tests may miss. - Work with developers to reproduce, document, and track tickets in JIRA. - Assist the Compliance Officer in reviewing software changes for security and compliance concerns. - Maintain and improve test documentation, ensuring accurate test plans and test cases. - Provide clear and detailed test reports to help drive development decisions. - Participate in regression testing before releases to ensure stability. - Assist the support team and respond to customer support requests.
