🚀 The Mission: PRIM3 AI is building a suite of intelligent tools and infrastructure designed to power the future of AI-driven applications in Web3 and beyond. We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist who can lead the development and deployment of custom large language models (LLMs) and intelligent AI agents for a variety of real-world use cases. This role requires someone who has done more than experiment — we're looking for professionals who’ve trained models from scratch, fine-tuned them for specific tasks, and deployed bots or agents into production environments. 🎯 Your Core Responsibilities: • Design, train, and fine-tune transformer-based LLMs tailored for high-performance AI agents • Architect training pipelines and optimize workflows for cloud-based environments • Build and deploy AI chatbots or task-based agents that can interact with real APIs and respond intelligently • Manage cloud infrastructure for model training, deployment, and inference (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Implement advanced methods such as prompt tuning, RLHF, quantization, and distillation • Evaluate and improve model performance with feedback loops, usage data, and real-world testing • Collaborate with full-stack engineers and product teams to embed AI capabilities across platforms 📦 Tech Stack You’ll Use or Influence: • Languages/Frameworks: Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers • Training & Compute: DeepSpeed, FSDP, Accelerate, ONNX, CUDA, EC2 GPU clusters, Sagemaker • DevOps & Data Ops: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Weights & Biases, DVC, Redis • LLM Ops: LangChain, LlamaIndex, PromptLayer, Ollama (optional) • Cloud Providers: AWS (primary), GCP, or Azure • Bot Integration: REST/GraphQL APIs, messaging frameworks (Discord, Telegram, etc.) 🧠 Preferred Experience: • Proven experience training and deploying LLMs or chatbots, not just using APIs • Experience building AI agents that can interpret commands and perform actions via external integrations • Proficiency with data cleaning, pipeline engineering, and distributed training • Deep knowledge of model optimization, memory-efficient training, and inference at scale • Ability to monitor and tune live model performance in production environments • Previous experience integrating AI agents into applications or platforms (support tools, dashboards, SaaS, etc.) ✅ Must-Have Qualifications: • 3+ years professional experience in ML/AI with direct hands-on training of LLMs • Experience managing cloud-based model training pipelines from data ingestion to deployment • Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch/Hugging Face ecosystem • Clear examples of past work in bot/agent development, including tech stack and impact • Ability to work independently, move fast, and document your workflows clearly 🌟 Bonus Points If You: • Have deployed bots for automated workflows, productivity tools, or data querying • Are familiar with vector databases, RAG systems, or multi-agent frameworks • Have experience training multi-modal models or working with proprietary datasets • Understand data security, privacy, and responsible AI principles • Are comfortable mentoring other developers or managing an AI/ML pipeline end-to-end 💼 About PRIM3 AI: PRIM3 AI is a forward-thinking technology company at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, and Web3 innovation. We’re building powerful AI systems designed to augment how people interact with digital tools, make decisions, and automate complex workflows. Our mission is to shape the future of intelligent software across industries. ⚠️ Important: No agencies, fake profiles, or resumes will be considered. All applicants will be screened for identity, past work history, and technical credibility. We do not tolerate falsified credentials or portfolios. 📩 To Apply, Submit the following: • Resume • GitHub, portfolio, or past LLM/bot project examples • LinkedIn or professional profile • Description of any AI bot or assistant you've trained or deployed and the stack used We’re actively reviewing applicants and ready to move fast for the right candidate. If you’ve built intelligent systems before and want to help build the next generation of AI agents, we want to hear from you.
