ABOUT THE JOB: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Product Lister with a strong focus on Amazon Marketplace product listings to support the continued growth of our eCommerce operations. This role is responsible for evaluating and posting various products and merchandise across multiple marketplace channels, primarily Amazon. You’ll assist the eCommerce Manager and SEM Manager by creating high-quality product listings, optimizing listings for SEO, monitoring performance analytics, and helping to improve product visibility and conversions on Amazon and other platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Learn and use our Inventory Management Tools and software systems - Create and manage Amazon product listings (FBA and FBM), including titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, backend details, and category selection - Ensure accuracy in product information such as SKUs, UPCs, descriptions, ingredients, compliance info, and shipping details - Collaborate with the marketing team and fulfillment reps to gather accurate information and assets - Research competitor listings to help optimize product performance and boost visibility - Write clear, compelling copy and product descriptions that align with Amazon guidelines and drive sales - Monitor and update listings as needed, including pricing, stock availability, and compliance updates - Assist with keyword research and implement SEO best practices - Track performance of Amazon listings through KPIs, and assist in providing insights to improve listing effectiveness - Assist in uploading and editing product listings for other platforms as needed (e.g., Shopify, eBay, Etsy) - Maintain accurate records and follow SOPs for product listing tasks REQUIREMENTS: - 1–3 years of experience listing products on Amazon Seller Central or managing Amazon FBA/FBM listings - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Suite, and product listing software/tools - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent writing and grammar skills - Familiarity with Amazon listing requirements, keyword research, and compliance policies - Ability to manage time effectively and work independently - Self-starter with a proactive attitude and desire to grow within a fast-paced company - Bonus: Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon optimization tools WORKING CONDITION: This position is an IN-OFFICE POSITION, that requires the collaboration of multiple departments, such as office staff, marketing staff, warehouse staff, and production staff. Working with software, computers, Consumer Product Goods (CPG), Microsoft products, and Google Suites are mandatory functions and will be a daily occurrence.
