Seeking a friendly and detail oriented front office team member to lead the front office for a dental office in the San Gabriel Valley/Los Angeles. If you are able to provide excellent customer service in a fast pace environment and know how to run a dental office smoothly and efficiently, we’d love to have you on our team! We are a well-established PPO and fee for service office that values quality care in a team centered atmosphere. This position is ideal for someone with knowledge of dental office workflows and enjoys keeping a small team organized and efficient. Requirements: -Strong understanding of PPO insurance -Skilled with insurance verification, claim submission -Excellent customer service skills -Friendly and Professional personality -Ability to multitask -Must have good verbal and written skills to interact professionally with families. -Should have at least one year of dental office experience Duties include: -Warmly greeting/Welcoming patients -Scheduling appointments -Checking out patients and collecting payments -PPO insurance verification -Managing billing, insurance claims and determining copays -Supporting doctor in front office operations Part time position: 3 days a week with opportunity for 4 days a week.
