We’re hiring for all positions- servers, bartenders, line cooks, supervisors, managers and food runners. Our beliefs shape how we work, how we connect, and how we show up day to day. This is what we are about: Dedication to craft – We believe that in everything we make, is ascribed our values. So we create with intention and purpose, so that everything is imbued with our belief system at the highest level. True Grit – We don’t shy away from the hard work that is required to get the job done. In fact, we take pride in it. We don’t find the shortcuts, we tighten our belt and we get it done because we value what we create. Create Opportunity – When we see an opportunity in front of us, we make it and we take it. A job here is a place to cultivate new skills, share ideas, and grow and learn. When we are filled with people who understand this, we create an environment where everything is possible. We find inspiration in advancing technology and progressive ways of thinking. We make pizza relevant. Data Driven – We’re trying to be the best small business offers in America and we can’t do that without using the data we gather to inform our decisions. Though data isn’t the end all be all, every decision we make has an impact on our business, the planet and the people we serve, so let’s think it through. Aim for the Top – No matter the task at hand, there is an implied and intrinsic understanding that we endeavor to achieve at the highest possible level. We push ourselves to our limit not because we are told, but because doing so feels good.
