We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and a friendly character who can create a welcoming environment for all guests. The ideal candidate would be informative, helpful, patient and a great team player. The position requires the individual to be on their feet, standing and walking for 6-8 hours. Nepenthe Restaurant can be very busy, potentially loud, crowded environment and we are looking for an individual who can stay focused and on task while maintaining the ability to switch gears and help out when needed. The Nepenthe Restaurant, Café Kevah and Phoenix gift shop are all located on the same property 30 miles south of Carmel overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
