You’ll help with menu selections, and ensure each dish is prepared with detail, always delivering warm and friendly interactions. Other Key responsibilities may include: • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest • Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations • Keep it clean. You treat your restaurant like they’re in your own home. • Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment • Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise • Understand POS/KMS systems • Availability to work weekends and some holidays Your Background: • Must have 2+ year high-volume restaurant experience • You have excellent communication skills • Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and some holidays • Must be able to create a warm and welcoming guest experience for our guests • Able to lift up to 35 pounds and continuously bend, reach and twist • Must be at least 18+ years old • Fluent in English • Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check Who we are: Jackmont Hospitality was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.
