A prominent property management company in Los Angeles is offering a position for a Property Management Administrative Assistant. This is a great career opportunity for a loyal team player with in depth knowledge in property management. Will perform a wide variety of administrative and support duties including but not limited to general office, property management, and leasing information. Our building assets are well-maintained and varies in rating and size. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION: • Assist designated Regional Supervisor with daily tasks • Maintain vacancy database • Draft documentation including tenant correspondence and notices • Maintain electronic filing systems • Follow up with City Reports and inform Supervisors of actions and or/results • Communicate with vendors and managers promptly for repairs • Receive, enter and distribute all work orders in a daily time manner • Input received invoices on a daily basis for approval • Review monthly Tenant Status Report forms, and 30 Day Notices • Operates office equipment – personal computer (MS Office environment) • Investigate and document any lease violations • Assist with lease administration • Maintain communication with Maintenance, Managers and Residents • Preparing of legal documentation for evictions • Other duties as required and assigned by property management • Ensure comprehension and compliance with all policies Qualifications: • • Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures • Proficient in Google Docs, Excel, Word and Microsoft 365 • Knowledge and use of office equipment. • Bi-lingual, fluent in English and Spanish a plus • Must pass a credit report, a criminal background check, and a drug test Interpersonal and Technical Skill Requirements: • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. • Exceptional written and verbal communication ability. • High degree of professionalism and dedication to self, co-workers and clients. • Appearance must be neat, clean and professional. • Priorities change often and quickly in this position and the candidate must be flexible and willing to change roles or responsibilities as required.
