School of Rock is the original performance-based, interactive music school founded in 1998 in Philadelphia. With over 300 schools worldwide, we’re the largest after-school music education provider. Our mission? To help kids rock their worlds.
As the Studio Coordinator, you’re the heartbeat of our school—combining outstanding customer service, organization, and a passion for music to create an amazing experience for students, parents, and staff. You’ll manage scheduling, assist leadership, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations—all while keeping our space welcoming, fun, and safe.
This is a part-time, in-person role in Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, CA, with required weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays).
What You’ll Do:
✅ Be the face of the school – Greet students, parents, and visitors with warmth and enthusiasm.
✅ Mastermind scheduling – Coordinate lessons, rehearsals, and events in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Lead dynamic tours – Showcase our programs to prospective families with energy and passion.
✅ Support management – Assist with daily operations, special projects, and administrative tasks as required.
✅ Tech & admin pro – Handle phones, emails, and inquiries using GSuite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive) & Dialpad. Bonus if you know HubSpot & Later!
✅ Open/close the school – Ensure a smooth start and end to each day.
✅ Uphold policies – Follow the SOR Code of Conduct, safety policies, and Monitoring and Supervision policy.

Requirements:
✨ 2+ years in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
✨ Proficient with GSuite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Drive).
✨ Weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays required).
✨ Reliable, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with us!
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20–$23/hour (based on experience)
- Bonuses and 401(k)
- Part-time employment (with room for growth/advancement to full-time)
