Apply today and become part of a team that values your contributions and fosters professional growth.   Reports to: Portfolio Manager Primary Duties: • Directly manage a portfolio of clients, manage client requests, and monitor client financial performance and financial covenant compliance through Quarterly Credit Reviews (QCRs). Maintain prompt and service-focused communication with team members and management. • Serve as a member of fast-paced sale-leaseback and development underwriting deal teams focused on transaction management, contract negotiations, client communication, due diligence underwriting (appraisals, environmental reports, surveys, zoning reports), and credit underwriting. • Leverage strong written communication skills to author and contribute to Investment Committee Memos to request and justify approval for changes to a lease or property (such as lease assignment requests, consents to property alterations). • Work with in-house and external attorneys to negotiate leases, lease amendments, purchase & sale agreements, and other property and lease-related legal documentation. • Manage the approval, risk management, and administration of construction project financing on Capital Automotive’s properties, including ground-up developments as well as exterior renovations of existing facilities. • Support other departments and functions by assisting in property sales, property re-tenanting, portfolio refinancing, and portfolio reporting. • Contribute to continuous personal and team development by becoming a subject matter expert on certain CARS processes, leading and participating in training, and contributing to Portfolio Management recruiting efforts.
