The Facilities Air-Conditioning Technician II installs, maintains, and repairs air conditioning systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing routine maintenance, and replacing or repairing damaged components. High school diploma or its equivalent Completion of an accredited HVAC program or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience in HVAC or air conditioning systems Demonstrate familiarity with the principles and techniques involved with repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, replacing or repairing damaged components Identify and address issues with HVAC systems, ensuring proper functionality.
