Weekend Tech Support & Device Refurbishment Associate Company: Alert Response Location: Lewisville, TX Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About the Role Alert Response is seeking a dependable, hands-on team member to join our weekend operations team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technology, staying organized, and helping people. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring our emergency response devices are working perfectly when they’re needed most. This is a part-time position for now, with the ability to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound technical support calls with clients and field technicians. Diagnose, test, and refurbish personal emergency response devices and related equipment. Package and prepare devices for shipping or redeployment. Log and track device inventory, repairs, and refurbishments accurately. Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely follow-up on all open support issues. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety and quality control standards. Qualifications Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic technical aptitude or experience with small electronics preferred. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable using computers for data entry and ticket tracking. Dependable, punctual, and detail-focused. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel); experience with Google Sheets preferred. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Paid training provided.
