Our Customer Service Representatives perform a variety of loan servicing functions in connection with consumer and personal loans. This includes but is not limited to processing the final closing and distribution of paid loans, preparation of payoff demand statements, ensuring customer care, tracking and review of all pending loan documents and exceptions.
