CNC Operator Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret technical drawings. The CNC Operator will ensure that all operations are performed efficiently and safely while adhering to quality standards. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules. Machines used are HAAS 3 Axis Horizontal and Vertical Milling Machines. Operate and clean multiple high speed filling machines in a sanitary, efficient, and effective manner. Complete paperwork as per government regulations and HP Hood requirements. This includes packing items securely, labeling packages correctly, and verifying the accuracy of orders before they are shipped. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving, be able to lift heavy items, and have a strong attention to detail. Must have strong computer skills with ERP experience. Responsibilities: Load and unload goods from trucks, containers, and other vehicles. Pack goods for shipment in accordance with company standards. Create BOL's. Ensure that all shipments are properly labeled and documented. Maintain records of shipments, including weight, size, and destination. Inspect shipments for accuracy and completeness.
