Aid in the assembly of installing pipes, fittings, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing layouts and specifications. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and HVAC technicians. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and operational integrity of HVAC/refrigeration, cooking equipment, and general facilities systems across multiple restaurant locations. This role supervises Facility Maintenance Technicians and ensures the execution of preventative maintenance programs, cost-effective repairs, and vendor coordination, while maintaining safety, compliance, and service standards.
