If you are looking for a PEACEFUL, QUIET, CLEAN and SAFE place to live, then welcome home! We offer long term, month-to-month, weekly and daily rentals. We are open year-round. We have huge 30' x 70' spaces available for your RV, 5th wheel or motorhome. Each tree covered space has full hookups with 30/50AMP electric, water and sewer. We also have clean on-site laundry and showers/bathrooms for men and women that are handicapped accessible. TELEVISION: Our park has television available through satellite service providers such as Direct TV, Dish Network, Hughes Net, Wi-Fi hot spot, or with an antenna. CELL PHONES/TELEPHONE: Not all cell phone carriers work in the park. The best carriers are AT&T/Cricket or sometimes Verizon. You will need a cell phone booster to get a better connection. Also, many people have a landline with AT&T so you have a reliable telephone when you need it. Wi-Fi: Our park now has free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is also available through a variety of systems such as a mobile hot spot, Hughes Net, or there are other devices/antennas/ boosters that can give you an internet connection. Technology is always changing and bringing newer and better service to rural areas. Quail Ridge RV Park is very pet friendly; however, our insurance carrier restricts us from having what they term aggressive breed dogs such as Pit Bulls or Pit Bull-mixed breeds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc. We also have a beautiful new dog park for your 4-legged friends to run and play off leash. Quail Ridge RV Park is unique because it is located in the Plumas National Forest. There are hundreds of miles of hiking/walking/biking paths and six lakes nearby for boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming, paddle boarding, etc. We do not have direct water access. There are two reservoir lakes (Sly Creek Reservoir and Lost Creek Reservoir) approximately 3 miles away. We are at an elevation of 3,800 ft. so we do get some snow in the winter. We are located approximately 2 hours north of Sacramento, 1 1/2 hours northwest of Grass Valley/Nevada City, 1 hour north of Yuba City/Marysville and 45 minutes east of Oroville. Our address is 12468 La Porte Road, Strawberry Valley, CA 95981. Sometimes the GPS will indicate Clipper Mills instead of Strawberry Valley. Your monthly rent includes water, sewer and trash. Each space has its own electric meter, which you are billed for separately. RV spaces rent for a very affordable $495 per month, $275 per week or $50 per day.
