Description

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machinist to set up and operate CNC machining centers, as well as manual lathe and milling centers. The ideal candidate will adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve documented material tolerances, interpret work instructions and product/component drawings, and use precision measuring equipment to ensure parts meet engineering specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centers and manual lathe and milling centers. Adjust tool and fixture offsets to achieve required material tolerances. Read and interpret work instructions and product/component drawings. Follow work order instructions and accurately record task times. Use precision measuring equipment to check parts in accordance with engineering documents. Maintain a clean and serviced work area and machines. Perform other duties as assigned. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years machining experience in moderate to high volume production environments. Experience in setting up, operating, and adjusting both manual and CNC lathe machining. Ability to inspect parts using micrometers, gage pins, thread gages, digital/analog indicators, surface plates, calipers, and other tools. Ability to read and comprehend production Bill of Materials and production orders. Team player, professional, driven to first-time accuracy, and able to work under pressure. Work Environment This position requires working the 3rd shift OR the 1st shift. The work environment includes the use of advanced CNC machining technology and requires adherence to safety and cleanliness standards. Job Type & Location This is a position based out of San Leandro, California. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.

We are a local, family-owned company seeking experienced industrial custodian to keep us clean and tidy. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities. Responsibilities: Performs general, routine custodial duties in office and industrial plant. Operates floor scrubber. Operates airwands Performs exterior seasonal tasks. Assists with office/production rearrangement. Will be trained to operate forklift as needed to empty trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal. Will be trained to operate a scissor lift. Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
