This position requires a highly skilled and experienced engineer with a strong understanding of civil site design principles, land development, infrastructure planning with expertise in grading, drainage, utilities, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptual planning to final construction documents.
