Are you interested in building your own book of business instead of someone else’s? Do you want to a better life/work balance and to keep more of your own billable hours? We are a smart, efficient, hard-working firm and are looking for a motivated attorney who wants to learn how to build their book and grow their own practice while working with us on our overflow. We can offer you both a brick and mortar office and the ability to practice remotely. We handle both transactional and litigation matters in business, employment, commercial real estate, estate planning, and probate for a variety of types and sizes of clients, both individuals and entities. Candidates must have a desire to have a career, not just a job. They should have curiosity and a desire to take a deep dive into some or all of these practice areas. Preferable, but not required, is 3-5 years of experience as an Illinois attorney, and a small-to-mid-sized book of business. Bonus points for those who have a desire to grow their own book by putting in the effort to quickly grow it under the supervision of attorneys who are BigLaw refugees and have been doing this for decades.
