I would like to add 1-2 additional members to my framing crew, we have lots of work on the schedule and will stay busy through the winter. The ideal candidate has between 2-5 years experience in new construction or remodel framing. Must be able to show up on time with the necessary basic hand tools and tool bags, must have a good attitude and a willingness to learn as most of the work we do is not just common production framing. We also frame plenty of roofs so must be able to work comfortably at heights. Starting wage is between $22-$35 depending on experience. We typically work Mon-Fri 7:00-4:30. MT2 may instruct and guide temporary, work alternative and seasonal employees and MTI's in basic work procedures and safe working practices.
