Qualifications: - Proven experience in office management or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent front desk etiquette with a professional phone manner. - Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software. - Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively. - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. -Need someone reliable, that can be here everyday and on time.
